The Bethany College Presidential Search Committee has received 46 applications so far. More are expected as the deadline of November 15 approaches.
Since September 10, the Committee has been reviewing the applications and identifying the top candidates. Immediately after November 15, a systematic scoring and discussion process will be used to identify the pool of candidates to be considered for campus and Lindsborg interviews. This process will include extensive vetting, screening Zoom interviews, and in-person interviews by the committee. This phase is expected to be completed by the end of this year so that the final candidates can be brought to campus and the Lindsborg community early in 2025.
It is anticipated that the Bethany Board will choose the next president soon after the campus and Lindsborg visits. The Search Committee remains on schedule to complete its work and continues to ask for your prayers and support as it enters this next critical phase.
