Rande Repp enlisted in the United States Army as a Military Police Officer and served for nine years in North America, Central America, and Asia. His duties included patrol, investigations, supervision, administration, and protective services.
After the conclusion of the first gulf war, Rande completed his military service and joined the Salina Kansas Police Department. Rande rose to the rank of Master Police Officer and retired after 26 years of service in the areas of field training officer, traffic accident reconstruction, and forensic mapping.
Rande earned his BS in Administration of Criminal Justice (2005) from Mountain State University in Beckley, WV, and his MS in Criminal Justice (2007) from the University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, Ohio. Rande taught as an adjunct professor of criminal justice at Bethany College during the fall of 2016 and returned to the college as an assistant professor in the fall of 2017.
