Brought to life by the 1881 Press, and the Bethany College book publishing class   taught by Dr. Kristin Van Tassel, Professor of English, Where the Wind Blows is a collection of poetry, short stories, and artwork from the Bethany College community. Within the span of one semester, the students on the editorial team  curated and compiled a collection of literary works submitted by students, staff, faculty, and alumni. Where the Wind Blows, captures the creativity of many people who have walked or currently walk Bethany’s campus and shows the vibrant community that is Bethany.

A conglomerate of various English majors and minors combined their expertise in writing and literature to bring forth the best of Bethany College. The class, composed of Callie Arnold, Leah Ayers, Amie Bauer, Vice President of Administration & General Counsel, Brandie Cruz, Emily Nelson, Devyn Morris, Cate Papula, and Rebecca Peregrino, worked throughout the semester to follow each step of the publishing process.
