BETHANY COLLEGE FOOTBALL ANNOUNCES STAFF ADDITIONS

LINDSBORG - Bethany College Interim Head Football Coach Tyrone Carter announced the additions of Leon Williams, Clarence Counts, and Justin Kosik to his coaching staff. 

Leon Williams joins the Swedes coaching staff and will assume the defensive line coaching duties after previously serving as the defensive line coach at Los Angeles Southwest College. Williams brings seven years of coaching experience to Lindsborg with experiences at both the High School and Collegiate levels. 

Clarence Counts comes to Bethany to serve as the defensive backs coach after serving in the same position at his alma mater Graceland University. Before joining the coaching staff at Graceland Counts played for the Nebraska Danger of the Indoor Football League. Counts was a standout during his playing days at Graceland where he had 106 total tackles, 28 pass break ups, 8 interceptions, and accumulated 715 all purpose yards for his career.  

Justin Kosik is joining the Bethany College coaching staff with ten years of coaching experience. He will serve as the Swedes strength and conditioning coach in addition to assisting the defense. Most recently Kosik served as the head football coach at Vermilion Community College. Before taking over the Vermilion program Kosik was the Co-Defensive Coordinator at East Los Angeles College for two seasons. He has also served as an assistant coach at Victor Valley College and Tribe Consolidated High School.
