Kenny Saunders Senior Exhibit

Kenny Sanders is a senior art therapy major from Stafford, Kansas. Sanders takes a non-traditional approach to art based on the techniques he learned at Bethany College. He enjoys engaging with shapes and forms and creating them in his pieces.


As a photographer, he explores various subjects, from sports to wedding photography. His most notable achievements include acceptance into the Messiah Juried Student Art Exhibition three years running and winning Best Photography in 2023. He plans to seek a master's in clinical psychology/therapy at Fort Hays State University. Mingenback Galley will feature Sanders's senior exhibit from December 9-13, 2024, with a reception on Dec. 13 from 5-6 pm.

Bethany College is proud to announce the return of sideline cheer, launching with the 2025–26 academic year. Leading the program is newly appointed head coach Patricia Smith, an experienced educator and cheer coach. Sideline cheer will return to Bethany’s home football and basketball games.

Bethany College is pleased to announce the appointment of Audrey Saxton as the new Assistant Professor of English. Saxton earned both her Master of Arts and Ph.D. in English from Penn State University, where she taught courses in writing and composition, world literature, and pre-1800 literature.

Bethany College is pleased to announce the appointment of Megan Case as the new Assistant Professor of Religion. Case earned her doctorate from the University of Texas at Austin in 2016 in Ancient Mediterranean Religions with a graduate portfolio in Women's and Gender Studies.
